FLYDRAGON EDM CNC1000 was designed specially a electro discharging machine for tire molds, the CNC controller is fully realized automatically processing tyre molds, the interface is man-machine dialogue type with LCD display for easy operation. The power is optional with 100/120 amperes,the continuous discharging current is variable,discharging time ranges from 1μs to 1600μs,diapause time ranges from 2μs to 1000μs. The maximum machining current higher than 110A,the best surface finish reach to better than 1.6μm,the minimum electrode loss less than 0.3%. The outer protection of CNC controller is completed,electrical grounding available. The main power output applied TAIWAN made VMOS FET,to ensure the reliable working condition.the servo control used PWM system.
